Shipping & Returns PolicyFlower Preservation ServicesShipping: The customer is responsible for shipping costs when sending bouquets to Terrarium de Fleurs for preservation.

 

We cover the shipping costs of the final preserved flower frame back to the customer.

 

Returns/Exchanges: Due to the custom nature of flower preservation, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Each piece is uniquely tailored to your personal memories and specifications.

 

Other ProductsShipping: Standard shipping fees apply for all other non-preservation products and are paid by the buyer. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and package dimensions.

 

Returns/Exchanges:Returns and exchanges are accepted for non-custom products within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team with your order details.

Damaged Items:If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

Photographic evidence of the damage may be requested to help resolve the issue quickly.
