Wedding Bouquet Preservation – Drop-Off & Booking Details - 💕 MUST READ 💕 To ensure the best results, please follow these steps for booking and drop-off: How to Book Your Preservation 1. Secure Your Spot : A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your preservation. This must be paid online before your appointment and will be applied toward your total cost. 2. Drop Off Your Bouquet: Schedule your drop-off appointment within 2 to 5 days after your event. 3. Select Your Frame - If you already know which frame you’d like, you can purchase it directly from the **Wedding Bouquet Preservation** section on the online shop. - If you’re undecided, you’ll select your frame’s size, color, and style in person during your appointment. 4. Sign Your Contract: At the appointment, you’ll sign a contract. Keeping Your Bouquet Fresh Before Drop-Off - Store it in water if possible to maintain its freshness. - Keep it safe! Cleaning crews often discard bouquets while clearing tables, so make sure yours is in a secure spot. - For transportation: - A vase with water is ideal. - If that’s not possible, wrap a wet rag around the stems, place a ziplock bag over it, and secure it with an elastic band to retain moisture. Appointment Location & Rescheduling - The appointment takes place at 1055 Riverside Drive, a shared space with Haven Home Realty. - Parking is available in front of the brick building or in the back if spots are full. - Running late? Please notify me as soon as possible. Since many appointments are scheduled outside regular hours, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is appreciated for rescheduling. After booking, you will receive a Google Calendar invite to confirm your appointment.
