About Our Services
Terrarium de Fleurs offers wedding bouquet preservation, custom pressed flower art, framed floral designs, jewelry, greeting cards, candle collaborations, workshops, and other handmade products. Every piece is made by hand with real flowers, which means slight variations in shape, color, and placement are natural.
Bouquet Drop Off and Intake
Before starting your piece, we meet to look at your flowers and talk through design ideas. The bouquet must be dropped off fresh. Flowers that arrive damaged, wilted, or moldy may require extra work or may not be preservable. We do our best to save everything we can.
Pressing and Production Timeline
Our preservation process takes about 12 weeks. This timeline may vary depending on flower type, humidity, drying needs, and how busy the studio is. You’ll be contacted if anything changes.
Design Process
You will receive one design draft for approval. One revision is included at no extra charge. Additional revisions may come with a small fee.
Frames and Materials
Frames are made from different materials such as soldered metal or wood. Glass is UV-protected to help keep your flowers safe from fading. Because these are handmade pieces, measurements can vary slightly. Natural marks in wood or metal finishes are normal.
Color Changes and Flower Variations
Flowers change shades as they dry. Some deepen, some soften, and some shift colors completely. This is part of the preservation process and is not considered damage. While we always aim to maintain the natural beauty of your bouquet, results will vary based on flower type and condition.
Payment Terms
A deposit or full payment is required at the time of drop off, unless previously discussed. If you choose to pay at pickup, Terrarium de Fleurs is not responsible for storing your finished piece long term. Unpaid items left over 30 days may be donated, recycled, or repurposed.
Cancellations
Once pressing has started, the order cannot be canceled, since the materials and labor have already been used. If you cancel before pressing begins, deposits are non-refundable.
Changes to Your Order
Any changes to frame size, color, or design must be requested before pressing is complete. Once the design is finalized or the frame has been ordered, changes may require additional fees.
Workshop Policies
All workshop seats are non-refundable. If you can’t attend, you may transfer your seat to a friend. By joining a workshop, you agree to follow safety instructions and handle materials with care. Resin, hot glue, sharp tools, and heavy equipment may be used.
Shipping
If shipping is needed, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Terrarium de Fleurs is not responsible for delays, damage caused during transit, lost packages, or postal issues. Local pickup is always available.
Completion and Pickup
You will be notified when your piece is ready. Please pick up your finished artwork within 30 days. Pieces left longer may incur storage fees or be recycled if left unpaid.
Photos and Marketing
You allow Terrarium de Fleurs to photograph your bouquet, process, and final artwork for social media, website displays, and promotional use. If you prefer your bouquet not to be shared, let us know at drop off.
All Sales Are Final
Custom art and handmade work are non-refundable. No returns or exchanges are accepted. If there is an issue with your piece, please contact us within 48 hours so we can take a look.
Allergy Notice
Our studio works with a wide variety of fresh and dried flowers. If you have allergies, please be aware that floral materials may cause reactions.
Limitation of Liability
Terrarium de Fleurs is not responsible for:
• Changes in flower color or shape
• Natural imperfections in flowers and frames
• Damage caused by incorrect handling, hanging, or cleaning
• Items left unclaimed after 30 days
• Shipping delays or postal damage
