Terrarium de Fleurs
Thank you for choosing Terrarium de Fleurs. Every piece we make is handcrafted with real flowers, so each order is unique. Because of this, all sales and custom work are final. Please read the details below.
Custom Bouquet Preservation
All bouquet preservation orders are non-refundable. Once flowers are dropped off, the pressing process begins and materials, time, and frame orders are already being used.
Deposits and full payments cannot be refunded.
If you cancel before pressing begins, deposits still remain non-refundable.
Custom Frames, Designs, and Art Pieces
Every frame and art piece is made specifically for you. For that reason, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
One design draft and one revision are included. Any additional changes may come with a small fee.
Workshops
All workshop bookings are final. If you cannot attend, you are welcome to gift your seat to a friend. Seats cannot be refunded or transferred to another date unless otherwise stated in the workshop description.
Ready Made Items
Ready made items such as candles, jewelry, pressed flower kits, or small art pieces are final sale. We do not accept returns on handmade items.
If something arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help you file a claim with the carrier.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Terrarium de Fleurs is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they are shipped.
Unclaimed Orders
Finished bouquet pieces or custom orders must be picked up within 30 days of completion unless we agree otherwise.
Items left unpaid or unclaimed may be donated or recycled and will not be refunded.
Flower Variations
Flowers change color, shape, and texture during drying and pressing. These natural changes are not considered defects and are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Incorrect Information
Terrarium de Fleurs is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer such as wrong dates, frame choices, names, or contact information.
