You will receive a Google Calendar invite for dropping off your bouquet soon after placing your order.
Our 11" handcrafted circular soldered frame offers a beautiful and unique way to preserve your wedding bouquet or cherished floral arrangements. Each frame is meticulously soldered by hand, resulting in a one-of-a-kind piece that captures the essence of your special moments. The frame is available in stunning finishes, including black patina, copper, silver, and aged black, giving your keepsake a timeless and elegant touch.
At Terrarium de Fleurs, I personally craft each frame with care, transforming your flowers into a lasting work of art. The UV-protected glass, sourced locally from a Reno, NV frame shop, ensures your bouquet remains vibrant and elegant over time. For enhanced clarity and minimal glare, you can upgrade to UV + anti-reflection glass, highlighting the preserved beauty of your flowers.

Additional Details
Pricing: $100 of the total cost is dedicated to the bouquet pressing process. The price listed here is the final price, which includes pressing, framing, and design. You do not have to book the bouquet drop off separte-I will contact you after you place the order, you will get a google calendar invite for dropping off your bouquet, if the time and date doesn’t work, contact me, and we will change that. Optional add-ons are also available, so be sure to check those before completing your checkout.
Booking: If your wedding is coming up soon, feel free to book. We currently have availability for 2025 and 2026. If the listing is active, we are available.
Process & Timeline
Contract: After booking, you will receive a contract for signing. For shipped bouquets, the contract will be sent immediately along with detailed packing and shipping instructions. In-person drop-offs will include signing the contract during check-in. Please note that pressing cannot begin until the contract is signed.
Pressing: Once the bouquet is received and the contract is signed, the pressing process begins. This can take up to 12 weeks, depending on the type of flowers and their drying requirements.
Design Draft: After pressing is complete, I will create a design draft and share it with you for approval. If changes are needed, I’ll provide a second draft at no extra charge. Any additional drafts beyond the second will incur a $50 fee.
Final Approval: Once the design is approved, the arrangement will be secured, and the frame will be completed.
Shipping: Your finished frame will be shipped within one week of final approval. Please note: Buyers are responsible for all shipping fees, including the cost of sending the bouquet to us and the return shipping fees for the final preserved product

Wedding Bouquet Preservation – Drop-Off & Booking Details - 💕 MUST READ 💕
Keeping Your Bouquet Fresh Before Drop-Off - Store it in water if possible to maintain its freshness. - Keep it safe! Cleaning crews often discard bouquets while clearing tables, so make sure yours is in a secure spot.
- For transportation: - A vase with water is ideal. - If that’s not possible, wrap a wet rag around the stems, place a ziplock bag over it, and secure it with an elastic band to retain moisture.
Appointment Location & Rescheduling - The appointment takes place at 1055 Riverside Drive, a shared space with Haven Home Realty. - Parking is available in front of the brick building or in the back if spots are full.
